Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. You’ll also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Change of Mind (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

We will refund:

  • The item price

  • The standard delivery charge (if applicable)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Your rights include:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: full refund

  • After 30 days: repair or replacement

  • If repair or replacement is unsuccessful: refund or price reduction

For faulty or incorrect items:

  • We will cover return postage

  • We will refund any standard delivery charge paid

Photos may be requested to help assess the issue.

Original packaging is not required for faulty-item returns.
